White pizza dip

Hi everyone,
I don't know if it's because I've discovered this recipe at lunch time, or because I'm begining to feel better with my pregnancy and thinking about food and sweets all the time, but when I read this post at  How Sweet Eats I knew I must post it on my blog. It seems to be delicious!!!

1 pint grape tomatoes, tomatoes cut in half
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 (12 ounces) blocks cream cheese, softened
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
8 ounces provolone cheese, freshly grated
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese + more for garnish
4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1/4 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
2 tablespoons freshly chopped thyme leaves
1/2 tablespoon freshly chopped oregano leaves
crackers, bread or chips for serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil then place tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt, then roast for 20-25 minutes, until bursting. Set aside.
While tomatoes are roasting, mix softened cream cheese with about 7 ounces each of provolone and mozzarella, then and parmesan. Stir in fresh herbs, garlic and roasted tomatoes, mixing well to combine. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish (mine was 6 x 4 round). Sprinkle with remaining provolone and mozzarella. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until top is golden and bubbly. Serve immediately with crackers, chip or toasted bread.

Back from vacations

Hi everyone,
Back from vacations after more than two weeks at Menorca. I've missed you and I hope you've missed me too. It's been many days without posting but there I didn't have Internet conexion and I was really tired to open the pc. I really needed a full rest. I have the feeling I've passed my whole vacations sleeping. My pregnancy, the sea and the calm of the house where we were living help us to sleep so much, even my kids slept naps of three hours, although they're not used to. So I've come strong enough to face the rest of the year, full of ideas and things to do.
I haven't painted anything during holidays but happily I could visit my friend Mari, from Ratolinets shop, where I sell my paintings in Ciudadela, and I've planned lots of new silhouettes to send her. I hope I'll show you them soon.

I leave you some of the shots I took during these days. Hope you enjoy them.
Kisses

Best café in Ciudadela. I like to have a coffee and ensaimada with my husband, all alone without kids, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of the café. This year couldn't be possible.
